Welcome. These terms set out the simple ground rules for using our website, browsing recipes and ordering baked goods from us. By doing so, you agree to what's written here.
When you request a custom recipe we'll do our best to develop it for you. If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can so we can adjust our baking schedule. We may move forward if you're not in touch without a word.
Recipe collections and ingredient costs are shown in good faith and may change from time to time as seasonal availability shifts. If something you've ordered is unavailable, we'll always suggest the closest, freshest alternative.
For custom cakes and pastries we ask for a few days' notice and may take a deposit. If you need to cancel, get in touch as soon as possible and we'll be as flexible as we reasonably can.
You're welcome to browse and share our baking tips and dessert posts. Please don't copy our recipes, photography or branding for commercial use without asking us first.
We take real care over every treat we bake and every detail on this site, but we can't promise the website will always be free of errors or interruptions. If something looks wrong, tell us and we'll put it right.
